Therefore, we require a comprehensive review of all documents and the design to provide an accurate pricing estimate.
How is pricing determined for a project?
Pricing for a home building project includes land costs, design fees, materials, labor, systems installation, utility connections, customizations, contingency funds, builder's profit, and post-construction costs. Clear planning and communication help manage these expenses.
What happens during the preliminary stage with clients?
